Charlotte is an experienced sustainability advisor specialising in sustainability strategy, finance transformation, and transactions, across international markets.
As a former big four professional in Strategy, Capital Markets and Audit, she held leadership positions advising the UK Sustainability Strategy Leader, Global Capital Markets Leader and UK Chief Operating Officer for Deals .
She has worked with the largest private equity firms in Europe, global FTSE companies and high growth start-ups. She is known for bringing a commercial lens to sustainability and analysing the financial implications of sustainability risks and opportunities.
Charlotte leverages her extensive accounting and finance experience, having led global teams on complex capital market transactions, both debt and equity, across diverse industries both as a consultant and as an in-house capital projects leader. Charlotte's deal experience includes initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, and debt raising in international markets.
Charlotte is a Canadian qualified CA, CPA, and Certified CFA Level 4 in Sustainable Finance.
