Charlotte is an experienced sustainability advisor specializing in sustainability strategy, finance transformation, and value creation across international markets. She leverages her leadership experience in sustainability, financial discipline, and expertise in international deals in her work.
As a Certified CPA Level 4 in Sustainable Finance, Charlotte was part of PwC London's leadership team within the Strategy& sustainability team. There, she advised private equity and management teams on sustainability strategy with a strong emphasis on value creation. She has held senior positions advising PwC's London Deals Chief Operating Officer and the Global Capital Markets leader.
With a background as a former big four professional and a Canadian qualified CA, CPA, Charlotte possesses extensive accounting and finance experience, having led teams on complex financial transactions across diverse industries.
Charlotte's extensive deal experience encompasses initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, and debt raising in international markets, showcasing her expertise in both public and private capital raising.
